By using this Website, any or all of the materials contained within, and/or purchasing any products, services, or access to this website you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for reading these Terms of Use in it's entirety.

Delivery

Our products are delivered, within 24 hours of the placement of your order, by e-mail. No software or hard copies are provided due to the prohibitive cost this would entail.

Most digital products are now delivered in this way as it ensures that costs are greatly reduced and these savings can be passed onto the customer.

Should you require a hard copy we are happy to provide one, subject to delivery cost. The product will be supplied on CD and we will contact you to recover the shipping costs from the UK before we supply. This will simply be a copy of what you already have and there is no additional benefit in receiving the product in this way.

We always ensure that the product will be delivered and should a problem arise we can send to an alternative address or arrange for the product to be downloaded.

Refund Policy

It is the goal of Business Plan Database Limited to provide timely and relevant information provided on digital medium. Due to the nature of the medium, purchase of digital products are not refundable, once delivered.

Cancelation Policy

Once you have submitted a succesful order via our secure server the order can only be cancelled prior to delivery - you may ask to change your ordered product before delivery and we will gladly do this without charge providing the product and the new product exists on the relevant website. Should there be a problem in you receiving the product you can ask for the product(s) to be delivered to an alternative email address and we shall do this.

Typographical Errors and Omissions

The information provided on this website has been checked for accuracy; however, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing Business Plan Database Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with the incorrect information.

We will not process any order that is listed at an incorrect price and will contact the customer before taking any other action.

Order Acceptance Policy

Business Plan Database Limited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders are subject to approval, confirmation, and availability.

Should an order not be accepted no charges will be made to your credit card.

Should your order not be accepted by our merchant service we may contact you to offer alternative methods of payment, however a new order will have to be made as we do not retain credit card details.

Restrictions

Not all products listed on a website may be available for sale or delivery in every country. All orders of products or services are subject to prevailing law, including, as appropriate, export and import regulations and boycotting restrictions, if any, imposed by governing bodies having jurisdiction over such orders, products or services.

Pricing

All prices listed on our websites site are in US Dollars, however, as a UK company we have no option but to process all orders in sterling. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however the price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged, subject to the conditions listed above.

Our exchange rates are set at the beginning of each month and remain in place irrespective of currency movements in either direction, in accordance with currect UK accounting policy.

The rate for this month (November 2007) is $2.05 to £1.

Product Compatability

It is the sole responsibility of the User to make sure that User's computer system meets requirements to use Website and all materials contained within.System requirements are plainly posted on each product page. Any anti-virus, security, or operating system settings, determined or undetermined, that prevent User from accessing information is sole responsibility of User.

Credit Card Security

Once you have placed an order on our secure server we do not store your credit card details - these details are immediately erased from our computer systems once your order has been processed successfully or unsuccessfully.

No information about yourself is passed or sold onto any third parties.
